Sumi ink

There are few things like getting to know a new material. I have heard of Sumi ink for a while, and have been meaning to order some. Our first interactions indicate ‘so far, so good’ - my dance with the material reminds of getting to know a person: if I go here, where do you go? If I make a quick bold and undiluted mark with you, here, on this type of paper, how do you respond?
